When a booking doesn't go as planned, we step in. Here's how it works.

When to use it

Use the Resolution centre if a space isn't as described, the host doesn't show, you can't access the space, or anything happens during your booking that breaks the agreement.

Our 3-step process

  1. Report. Send us photos, videos, and a short note describing what's wrong — by WhatsApp or email.
  2. Mediate. We contact the host within an hour, review evidence from both sides, and decide a fair outcome.
  3. Resolve. You get a refund, a credit, or a replacement space — usually the same day.

Our promise

We respond to every case within 24 hours and resolve most within 48. If we can't fix it, we refund it.
