How we vet every space
Before any space goes live, we do three things: visit it in person, verify the host's government-issued ID, and check the basics — working power, water, exits, and that the photos match reality. No shortcuts.
What bookers should expect
Honest photos. Clear pricing — always quoted "from ₦X" with the full breakdown before you pay. A real address shared after booking. A host who shows up. If any of that fails, we make it right.
Reporting an issue
If a space isn't as described, you feel unsafe, or anything else goes wrong — message us immediately on WhatsApp. We respond within an hour during a booking and refund or relocate you the same day.
