Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By using RightSpot, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Nigerian law.
3. Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once we've collected payment and the host has accepted. Until then, the listing remains available to other bookers.
4. Payments
All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices shown as "from ₦X" reflect the starting hourly rate; the full quote is shared before checkout. RightSpot collects payment and remits to the host after your booking.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. Inside 48 hours, the host's cancellation policy on the listing applies. If a host cancels on you, you receive a full refund or a replacement space.
6. Host obligations
Hosts must accurately describe their spaces, honour confirmed bookings, maintain safe premises, and respond to bookers in a timely way.
7. Prohibited use
No illegal activity, harassment, fraud, or use of the platform to circumvent our fees. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
8. Liability
RightSpot is a marketplace. We're not a party to the agreement between booker and host, and our liability is limited to amounts paid through the platform for the booking in question.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
